Thursday, May 15 – DAY 1: RESTART
You did it, you’re in Greece!
Check-in: From 3:00 PM-5:00 PM
If the villa isn’t available early, we can arrange nearby accommodations or suggest charming cafés for those arriving earlier.
You will be met at Villa Joy by your retreat facilitators Emilie and Vilde, and our signature health elixir.
Welcome Ceremony
Opening circle: 5.30 pm - ish. We will adjust the time depending on arrivals so that all guests can join.
This is the time we connect, share and create a safe space for our intentions and goals for the week.
“When in Mykonos” we also to feel like your fabulous self, so put on your favorite dress and tap into your inner greek goodess.Dinner & Evening
7:00 PM - 8:00 PM: A nourishing dinner will be prepared by our private chef for the evening.
Free time: From 8:00 PM

Friday, May 16th - DAY 2 : REIMAGINE
Ok, let’s do this.
Morning
7:30 AM - 9:00 AM: A selection of carefully curated morning conversations and healthy tonics to and a nourishing breakfast create the best foundation for the day.
9:00 AM - 10:30 AM: A yoga inspired movement class, for everyone. The goal is to awaken the body and all its systems. You can expect a bit of a sweat, a few smiles and a banger playlist.
Hydration with lemon water after class, obviously.
Midday
11:30 AM: Brunch feast
12:30 PM - 3:00 PM: Free time to explore, relax, or connect with fellow guests.
Afternoon & Evening
3:00 PM - 4:00 PM: Workshop with Emilie (Health Reset: Part 1).
4:00 PM - 5:00 PM: Afternoon snack and protein matcha or coffee.
5:00 PM - 6:30 PM: Restorative yin yoga & meditation. PS., you will not stand up once in this class. In yin we chill.
7:00 PM - 8:00 PM: Dinner at Villa Joy.
8:00 PM: Evening mocktail to soothe and calm the nervous system.

Saturday, May 17th – DAY 3: REVITALIZE
If you don’t smile more than any other day in 2025 on this day, we have failed as your wellbeing facilitators. Love V & E. This is a day of wellbeing.
Morning
7:30 AM - 9:00 AM : Sipping healthy tonics, journaling and snacking on healthy yet tasty little dishes.
9:00 AM - 10:15 AM: Morning movement with Emilie who will add elements of pilates and even more banger tunes to the morning practice. Expect to sweat a bit more.
10:30 AM - 11:30 AM: Breakfast
Midday: Adventure time - Imagine Mamma Mia, a sailboat, a few cocktails, potentially a hot greek captain and a group of women wanting to have the best Friday of their lives.
Afternoon & Evening
7:00 PM: We will continue to vibe, move into the oh so important aspect of wellness which is wellbeing. We will eat, dance and embrace the world-known beach-club scene of Mykonos. Scorpius? Zuma? Yes.

Sunday, May 18th – DAY 4: RESTORE & REFLECT
Today, we recovery, restore and reflect.
Morning
9:00 AM: The beauty of a potential sleep – that is wellness.
10:30 AM - 12:00 PM: Morning movement with Emilie, with an extra dash of love and care to our bodies natural detoxifier – the lymphatic system.
Midday
12:15 PM: Brunch
1:30 PM - 2:30 PM: Workshop with Emilie (Health Reset: Part 2).
Afternoon & Evening
2:30 PM - 5:00 PM: Free (nap) time and personal reflection + Afternoon snack and protein matcha or coffee.
5:00 PM - 6:30 PM: Heart-opening Yin Yoga (tears are welcome).
19:00 PM: Hearty dinner, followed by a tea-fueled sharing circle for closing the day.
8:30 PM: Evening mocktail to soothe and calm the nervous system.

Monday, May 19 – DAY 5: RECLAIM & REVIVE
The Grand Finale.
Morning
6:00 AM - 7:00 AM: Sunrise meditation and journaling session with tea or coffee. We move our minds…
7:00 AM - 8:30 AM: …then we move our bodies. With Emilie, of course.
8:30 AM - 10:30 AM: Breakfast
Midday & Afternoon:
10:30 AM - 5:00 PM: Free time. This is your time to explore the island on your own terms. We recommend an excursion to Mykonos Old Town, a trip to the beach, a hike or simply just a chill couple of hours by the pool.
5:00 PM - 6:30 PM: Completing the circle - we chat, we share, we smile and potentially shed a tear or two.
Evening & Dinner:
7:00 PM - 8:30 PM: Grand finale dinner prepared by our private chef at Villa Joy.
8:30 PM: We enjoy the last evening by the pool, while our DJ of the night plays perfect tunes and the sun sets over the Mediterranean sea. Yes we will have a DJ. We are in Mykonos, you should expect nothing less.

Tuesday, May 20 – DAY 6: RESTED & READY
There are no such thing as goodbyes, just “I am so happy to have met you and so grateful to have you in my life”
9:00 AM - 10:30 AM: Our final movement class in Mykonos for now. Let’s make it count.
10:30 AM - 11:30 AM: Farewell breakfast.
12:00 PM: Poolside goodbyes as everyone departs, feeling rejuvenated and already planning our reunion.
